There comes a time when we need some help from a qualified professional to cope with many of life's challenges. Therapy is not just for when you are going through a serious crisis. Its not unusual to want a little support on your journey toward healing and self-discovery and I'm here to guide you through any obstacles you may face.
You may be seeking counselling for support with an emotional crisis arising from adverse life events, such as bereavement, loss of job, or relationship, or there may be specific presenting problems such as self harm, depression, anxiety, or lack of confidence.
I can provide you with a safe setting to speak from your heart, figure out what things in your life you need to shift, and learn how to get the life you deserve.
I can help to empower you and help you manage uncomfortable feelings. I am intuitive,and I can listen and really hear what you say, but I also have the knowledge, and skills to enable you to progress. If a client has goals that they would like to achieve, it's important to me that we both work collaboratively towards the outcomes.

I have a Level 4 Advanced Diploma in Counselling
I also have additional qualifications in relationship therapy.

Initial Consultation
I offer a 15 minute free phone consultation so that you can see if we are a good match.
What can you expect on the first online session?
During our first session I will be keen to find out what it is you hope to achieve from counselling. It's okay not to be sure; some clients have specific issues they hope to address such as anxiety, depression or self confidence, but not everyone who comes to counselling has an issue. Some are just curious to understand themselves better. Perhaps the greatest benefit to having therapy is achieving greater balance and harmony in life, as well as helping to repair broken relationships.
Together, we can make a therapeutic plan and this will form the basis of our work together in the weeks ahead. At regular intervals I will check with you that there is some sense of progression or change.
Fees
My fees are as follows :
Individual Counselling : £45 per hour
Couples Counselling : £55 per hour
If you would benefit from counselling but feel it is beyond your financial capacity, please note that it is sometimes possible for me to offer a concessionary rate.
